When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed by 12:00 PM for products labeled "Same day shipping" are shipped on the same day. Other orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after approval. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders of ₺500 and over. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you. You can also view the status of your order in the My Account › My Orders section.
Do you ship on weekends?
Yes, we ship orders until 10:00 AM on Saturdays. There are no shipments on Sundays and public holidays; orders placed outside of these hours are shipped on the next business day.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Before receiving the package, please have a damage report prepared in the presence of the courier and contact us immediately. We take full responsibility for products that arrive damaged.

How are your products manufactured?
We design all our products in our workshop in Adana and produce them with Plant-Based Material using our own 3D printers. Each product is checked individually before being packaged.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it. Once it has been shipped, the return process must be initiated. For this, write to us via our contact page or WhatsApp.

How do I place a custom order?
Simply fill out the personalization form on the product page according to the instructions. Production is completed and the item is shipped within 1–2 business days.
Are personalized products eligible for return?
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized products. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement free of charge.

Can I make a return?
Excluding personalized products, you can return items within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, simply fill out the return form.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the product is sent incorrectly or damaged, the shipping cost is on us. In other cases, the return shipping cost belongs to the customer.
When will my money be refunded?
Once the product reaches us and is inspected, your payment will be refunded within 3–5 business days. The time it takes for the money to be reflected on your card may vary depending on your bank.

You can pay by credit card, debit card, and wire transfer/EFT. All card payments are protected by 3D Secure.
